Our lenticular

 

Our raw material are all from GOEX and Micro lens in USA. They are of highly transparence, precision, stability and effectively.

All PET material are FDA approved, supplied by Eastman.

The production process is to use highly acurate laser model,to let liquid PET spray out to a 29 cut edges half done. Such kind of designation improves motion effect much more better than normal half dome lenticular sheet, and solved the problem of unclearness of motion effect.

Different types of lenticular
PET
Direct printing with normal ink, the drying time is slower than PP. material.
PET is harder than PP. and PVC, stable and high-quality of image. High density of LPI material could improve imation and also intoxic. PET could resist corrosion of chemicals, so it is hard of glueing Usable in toy, ad, foods and related products.
pp
PP could also be direct printing, but need to do corona treatment on the surface. Could be printed with normal ink, dry-time is faster than PET.
PP is harder than PVC, but softer than PET, intoxic, easy to stick, used in package, tools and low value added product, price is same with PVC.
PVC
PVC lenticular is to be made by heat-compressor, to be compressed on top of printed paper, and tear off paper.
It is soft, quality is unstable and unclear easy to be stick and made up, but toxic can not be used in toys and food package.
Our technical
LPI

We are using 5000 dpi film, much better than traditional 3500 dpi.

Print

To compare direct printing on the back of lenticular and printed paper stick to lenticular:direct printing is stable, high production speed, low cost, and could have effect of transparence.

So we are using Heidelberg, Roland, KBA four or six color printing press.

Facilities

We own full production line from printing to cutout, glue, etc.

As for proofing, we use Dupont Cromalin Studiosprint System and can be proof directly on the back of lenticular, and it is same with printing.

On cutout section, we use Boost of Switzerland, to make perfect products.
